NEOVANT LTD sells digital software access under the PandaCheat brand for the product and access period selected at checkout. No physical item or game account is included. Seller and contact details are provided at the end of these policies. These terms cover pandacheat.com.
Each product requires its own license. ROTK External, ROTK Internal, H1EMU and ROTK Spoofer are separate products; purchasing one does not grant access to another. Refer to the product page for the included features and supported game.
Your account and access
Use the same PandaCheat account on the website and in PandaCheat Launcher. Access is linked to your account and is subject to the device limits shown in your account. Keep your credentials private and contact support if you cannot sign in or need help with a device association.
Available durations and the total price are displayed before payment. Timed access is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Your account shows the resulting license expiry. A further purchase must be for the intended product and duration.
Compatibility and limitations
Review the product description, Compatibility page and current service status before buying. Features depend on the supported game version, operating system and configuration. Game updates may require a compatible PandaCheat update.
PandaCheat is independent of game publishers. Game modification software may conflict with a game's rules and can result in restrictions or bans imposed by its publisher. We do not promise undetectability, immunity from bans, uninterrupted availability or particular gameplay results. Stream-capture exclusion depends on the product, capture software and capture mode; it is not a guarantee for every recording setup.
Payments and support
Prices and the order currency are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed through Shopify checkout; supported wallets may appear depending on the device and payment eligibility. Cryptocurrency methods are offered where available. Follow the specific order's payment instructions.
Contact support about missing access, duplicate payments or an incorrect order. The Refunds and Digital delivery sections explain the process. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for non-conforming digital content.
Lifetime access and product support
Lifetime means access while the purchased product remains supported by PandaCheat, not the lifetime of the purchaser or perpetual support. It applies only to that product and does not include replacement products or separate licenses. PandaCheat may discontinue support or withdraw a product for technical, security or operational reasons, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer remedies. We will communicate a withdrawal affecting your access through the service or your account contact details, with notice where required by law.
Downtime and discretionary extensions
Maintenance, game updates and technical interruptions may make the product temporarily unavailable. License time may continue to elapse during an interruption; we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee or an automatic pause or extension. Additional access or goodwill compensation may be granted at our discretion. These limitations do not exclude statutory rights or remedies for failure to supply or non-conforming digital content.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Published changes apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
Privacy policy
Data used to provide PandaCheat
PandaCheat uses account and sign-in information, orders, payment status, product entitlements, license dates and registered-device information to provide account and launcher access. Support requests may include your contact details, order information and diagnostic information you choose to provide.
The website stores the selected product and access period in browser local storage and may keep a referral code in session storage. Account authentication also requires session handling. Session identifiers keep you signed in; network and device information, including IP addresses and security logs, help authenticate access and investigate abuse. Browser storage can be removed through browser settings, which may clear your cart or sign-in state.
Purposes and legal bases
Account administration, payment reconciliation and license delivery support performance of the purchase contract. Records required by applicable tax or accounting law are processed to meet legal obligations. We rely on legitimate interests in protecting accounts, preventing fraud and securing the service for proportionate security processing, subject to your applicable rights. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Account and transaction information is necessary to provide the purchased access; without it we may be unable to complete or administer the purchase.
Payments and other recipients
Shopify and its payment partners process information submitted to the hosted card checkout. Their processing is also described in their own privacy notices. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains; transaction hashes, addresses and amounts may be publicly visible.
Order and referral information may be used to attribute a purchase to the relevant storefront or referral partner. Authorized storefront operators can access relevant customer, order and commission information to administer their storefront; referral partners receive information relevant to their referrals and commissions. Hosting, security, payment and support providers process information needed for their services. If you link Discord or contact us there, Discord also processes the information you submit under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Retention and your rights
Retention depends on the purpose: account and license information is needed to administer ongoing access; order and accounting records are kept for applicable statutory periods; security and support records are retained for investigation, dispute resolution and relevant limitation periods. An erasure request does not automatically remove records we must legally retain. We restrict access to retained data according to its purpose.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your data-protection authority. Send requests to [email protected]; identity verification may be needed to protect your account.

Full company and contact details are available in the Contact section below. Payment providers and platforms may also act as independent controllers for their own services. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, applicable data-protection transfer requirements apply; contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.
Contact [email protected] from your account email and include the order ID, product, payment method and a description of the issue. For cryptocurrency payments, include the network and transaction hash. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or full card details.
Report missing access, an incorrect product, accidental duplicate payment or a technical fault. We will review the payment and license records and explain the applicable correction or remedy. Do not send another payment merely because the first order is still pending.
Consumer rights
Digital delivery does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Where EU/EEA withdrawal rules apply, the right to withdraw from a distance contract is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract for digital content or services, subject to applicable exceptions. For paid digital content supplied immediately, loss of the withdrawal right requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgment and contract confirmation. A statement in these terms alone is not that consent.
A valid withdrawal exception does not remove rights where digital content is faulty, not supplied or not as described. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include bringing it into conformity, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement. Nothing here imposes a 24-hour deadline on statutory claims.
No additional voluntary refund offer
PandaCheat does not offer voluntary or goodwill refunds beyond refunds and other remedies required by applicable law. This is not a blanket exclusion of withdrawal, non-delivery, duplicate-charge, faulty-content or other mandatory rights. Contact us about any such issue so it can be investigated.
Requesting withdrawal or a required refund
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send an unambiguous statement to [email protected] identifying your order and the decision to withdraw. No special form is required. You may use: I hereby withdraw from my contract for [product], ordered on [date], order [ID]; name [name], account email [email], address [address], date [date]. Include a signature only if submitted on paper.
Where reimbursement is required, we follow the applicable statutory deadline and normally use the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed and permitted by law. Bank or processor posting times may vary. Where a crypto refund is required, contact support to confirm the lawful reimbursement amount and a suitable wallet and network. We never request private keys or recovery phrases. Mandatory refund amounts and timing are not limited by this policy.
Digital delivery
Delivered to your PandaCheat account
PandaCheat products are digital. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge. Once payment is confirmed and the order is processed, the purchased access is assigned to the PandaCheat account used for the order. Check Account → Subscriptions and sign in to PandaCheat Launcher with that same account.
This account-based delivery does not require a physical package or a separately emailed license key. Your license details in the account identify the product and resulting access period.
Payment confirmation
Opening checkout or submitting a transfer does not itself confirm payment. Card payments may require authentication or processor verification; cryptocurrency payments depend on the selected network and payment provider. Activation is intended to be automatic after confirmation, but processing and technical delays can occur.
Use the exact asset, network, amount and payment destination shown for your order. If payment was sent but access is missing, contact support with the order ID and payment evidence. Do not pay twice to refresh an order's status.
Activation within 24 hours
Access is normally granted automatically after successful payment confirmation. The maximum activation period is 24 hours after confirmed payment. Time spent awaiting blockchain confirmations or payment authorization occurs before this activation period. If access is missing, contact [email protected] with your order details; you do not need to make another payment.
